UempowerU, Inc. was founded on July 19, 2006, with a mission to create meaningful, lasting change in the lives of individuals and communities. We recognized a unique need; many people were passionate about serving others but lacked the resources or capacity to establish and manage their own nonprofit organizations. UeU was created to remove that barrier—enabling them to focus their time, energy, and talents on what truly matters-the people they serve.

Established as a nonprofit, charitable corporation, UempowerU provides the community with training, guidance, instruction, and education to support personal growth and wholistic well-being.

To fulfill our mission, we operate through subordinate organizations—referred to as Affiliates—that align with our values and vision. Through these Affiliates, UempowerU:

• Facilitates collaboration, communication, and connections among like-minded organizations.

• Promotes excellence in the delivery of human services.

• Provides support in finance, administration, and training to foster organizational success.

• Encourages excellence in teaching, research, and curriculum development.

• Aids in professional development for those involved in human services.

• Promotes collaboration between Affiliates, external organizations, and the broader community.

From the beginning, we have asked a central question: How can we help? The answer lies in building strong partnerships with mission-aligned individuals and organizations, united under a structure that amplifies their impact.

To support this vision, UempowerU established a group tax exemption, allowing smaller community-based nonprofits to operate as Affiliates under our umbrella. These organizations maintain their grassroots focus while benefiting from our legal, administrative, and strategic support.

Through our work, UeU empowers individuals to thrive—physically, mentally, and spiritually—while fostering stronger, more resilient communities. Our Affiliates' programs are facilitated by professionals across psychological, health, and spiritual disciplines, offering an integrated approach to personal development. This approach helps individuals better understand themselves and the world around them.
